When can I expect my order?

In order to keep our prices as low as possible for you, Thenorthblue.com has the products delivered to you directly from the manufacturer or supplier. Therefore, delivery may take a little longer than you are used to. 

- Order closing time is 17:00 (GMT+01:00) Processing and production time to dispatch: Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be processed and produced by the time it is dispatched.

- Tracking number: You will receive your tracking number immediately after processing and production is complete. It will take approximately 1-3 days for the tracking number to appear on the tracking page.

- Shipping time: All products take between 4 and 6 working days from the time of dispatch.

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?

In most cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, an order may be delayed. Have you waited 3 extra days after the original delivery deadline and still not received your order? Please send an e-mail to: support@thenorthblue.com.

I am missing some products, how is this possible?

Some orders are sent in separate packages due to weight restrictions. To ensure product quality, the products you order may come from different suppliers. If you order several products from us at the same time, it is possible that the products will not be delivered at the same time.

Don't worry, your order is on its way. The rest of the order will usually be delivered within 1 to 3 working days.

What should I do if I receive a damaged shipment?

Unfortunately, it can happen that your order is damaged during delivery. As a customer, there is of course nothing you can do about this. In this case, please contact our customer service immediately by sending an e-mail to support@thenorthblue.com. It is necessary to take photos of the complaint and attach them to your e-mail.


Please do not send the item back yet without sharing pictures with us. We will then unfortunately not be able to find a suitable solution for you. Our customer service will process your message as quickly as possible and work with you to find the best solution.
