Return and refund policy
Returns are possible within 30 days:
Products must be in original condition and bear the original labels and tags.
The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
The items to be returned must not show any signs of use.
As our goods are shipped from China, the return shipment will also be sent back to China.
Please note. If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we will unfortunately not be able to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
Always make sure that your package is provided with a track & trace code. Lost returns will not be refunded if there is no proof of shipment with a track & trace code. Returns sent by post without a track & trace code are at your own risk. As the customer, you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
As soon as we have received your return shipment, we will inform you by e-mail about the receipt of the return shipment. Within a few days of processing your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.
Cancellation of orders
You can only cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After 5 minutes, our orders are stopped in the processing process and after that, unfortunately, cancelation is no longer possible.
To cancel your order, please contact us after placing the order at info@stylerose.de after placing the order.
Returns are always at the risk of the sender, the return costs will not be refunded.
Wrong item or size?
If you receive the wrong item or the wrong size, you will receive the correct item free of charge!
Refunds
We refund our returns on average within 3-5 working days once we have received them.
