Order Processing

We aim to process all orders within 1-5 business days.

Please be aware that certain factors could influence processing times, such as incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or high demand during certain seasons. In these instances, we will reach out to customers via email before proceeding with the order to ensure a successful delivery.

Shipping Time

Orders will be delivered within either 7-10 business days for the United States and 10-14 business days for international countries depending on the country since we do ship worldwide!

Factors that can affect shipping where we have no control over include:
Weather
Holiday Season
Shipping company error

Despite our limited control over these variables, we will make every effort to keep you informed using all available information at our disposal.

Taxes and Duties: Placing an order with us does not include any possible customs tax or duties that your country might impose on packages coming outside of your country. You will be responsible for paying these charges and should you want to clarify the rates, please contact your country’s customs office.

Please note: The North Blue is not responsible for any delay caused by the destination country’s customs clearance process as that is solely up to them when to release your package and we do not have control over that.

Can I cancel my order after I've paid?

Contact us and we will do our best to help. We cannot guarantee cancelation as orders are immediately passed on to the warehouse. If it has already been processed or shipped we are unable to cancel your order and you will have to return the product.
